We offer two different types of services:
- Accommodation Service for ex-offenders.
- Tenant support to clients of Northumbria Probation Service.
Partnership agencies
Both services have excellent working relationships with a wide range of support services. We have strong links with local agencies such as Drug & Alcohol Teams, Careers/Education Advisors, and all of the Statutory Agencies, Health etc. enabling us to refer clients if they identify any specialised needs.
We attend multi-disciplinary meetings and ensure that we keep our referring officers up to date with feed back regarding any individual(s) with whom we are jointly working.
Both Services receive funding through Supporting People, and we are subject to review by 2 Local Authorities.
The Tenant Support Service operating in Newcastle has recently been reviewed and received ‘A’s for all 6 criteria.
