These are residential services, where our clients live and receive support from our staff. We currently run 577 directly managed services, working with clients of all types and needs.
Some of these services are staffed 24 hours per day because the clients’ needs require round the clock support, while other services are staffed less intensively – it depends on the needs of each service’s clients. Our residential services span the continuum of need, from 24-hour support registered care homes to low-support and move-on services, where clients are ready to make the final step to living independently.
