Stonham is England’s largest provider of housing and support for vulnerable people. We work with over 13,500 socially excluded people every year. Stonham’s mix of housing services and support can help restore people’s confidence and helps them live independently. Stonham is the care and support division of Home, one of the UK’s leading providers of affordable rented housing, supported housing and low-cost home ownership.
Stonham’s services are truly nationwide. We run 577 residential services across the country, where people live and receive support from our professional and dedicated staff.
We also work with over 6,000 people each year who are tenants of other housing associations or their local council, in our flexible “floating support” and “outreach” services.
The support that we provide varies from person to person, but can include:
- Support with budgeting and shopping
- Guidance with form-filling and claiming benefits
- Access to other support services, like addiction support, counselling
- Help with moving on to living independently and finding work
