If the payment system crashes or shows an error message when you are making a payment, please do not try to make the payment again.
Please check your Home Group account after 12pm the following day and, if the payment still does not show, contact your card issuer to ensure the payment has not been taken from your bank account before attempting to make the payment again.
If the payment system shows that the card payment has been declined, you should contact the card issuer for further advice.
