get involved

Our customers and clients are at the heart of everything we do. We use your feedback to help improve our service, which means you really can make a difference in your community.

We have a number of ways you can get involved. Some take very little time, and you can get involved from the comfort of your own home. At the other end of the scale, you could take part in focus groups or local inspections of our service.

your time, your choice, your say

I’d like to get involved in short, one-off events and discussions, or from the comfort of my own home. How can I make a difference?

Customer satisfaction surveys - A quick and easy way to let us know how you feel about the service we provide.

Neighbourhood walkabouts - Join in with our regular neighbourhood walkabouts to identify any local issues and come up with solutions.

Online community - Chat online to other customers about what matters to you. Start your own discussions or join in with ongoing debates.

Twitter - Stay up-to-date with news and events at Home Group.

I’d like to get involved in events or panels that might meet more than once. How can I make a difference?

Focus groups - Small discussion groups of customers and Home Group colleagues, influencing our work and our plans for improvement.

Local involvement events - Designed for your local area, these could include neighbourhood clean ups, activities for young people or community festivals.

KISS groups (Keep It Short and Simple!) - These groups help us to ‘Keep It Short and Simple’ by making sure our customer communications are clear, relevant and easy to understand.

I’d like to get more involved and join formal meetings and groups. How can I make a difference?

Customer viewpoint teams - Developing our local offer, inspecting local services and reviewing performance against our customer standards.

National Customer Panel and Customer Board Members - Attend formal meetings about how we manage our business and help make a difference right across Home Group.
