We have an appetite for new build and a growing development programme. This coupled with our strong financial standing - over £1 billion of assets, and a turnover in excess of £300m, truly makes us the partner of choice.
Our aim is to ‘open doors’ for our customers, clients and partners. Britain needs 1.8 million homes and we believe we can be a dynamic part of that solution.
Over the next four years we have committed to increasing our new build and regeneration activity, aiming to build 7,500 homes. Our plans will take us into a new league as one of the ten biggest housebuilders in Britain.
Home has also strengthened its leadership team to take on the challenge. The new leadership team combines expertise from the private build and affordable housing sector. The new team have joined from established names in the field such as Barratt, Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon.
