This may involve disclosing certain information to third parties for the purpose of managing and maintaining your tenancy. Information that you supply that may be of a sensitive nature, such as medical details or personal circumstances will be used solely to help us assess your housing needs and to help us identify the most suitable accommodation that may be available.
Information supplied will be processed in line with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
You have the right to access personal information we hold on you. Your request will be responded to within 40 days, following receipt of the access request form.
