Some offices hold waiting lists. These are for applicants who are applying directly to Home for housing and for internal customers looking to transfer. However, in areas where demand for properties is high, we do not hold waiting lists, and refer people direct to the appropriate local authority to apply to their housing register.
Where we do hold a waiting list, we will tell you your priority according to banding, and the date you were placed on the list. We will keep you up to date with any news of possible housing.
We will contact you when we review our waiting list, and ask you to confirm your details and if there have been any changes in your circumstances. We review our waiting lists approximately once a year.
