Copeland Homes

We were formed after the successful transfer of 3787 homes from Copeland Borough Council in June 2004.

The Borough of Copeland is a largely rural area neighbouring the districts of Allerdale, Barrow-in-Furness and South Lakeland. Two-thirds lies within the Lake District National Park and stretches along the West Cumbria coast from just north of Whitehaven down to Millom in the south and inland to the valleys of Ennerdale, Wasdale, Eskdale and Dunnerdale.
