How quickly can I expect repairs to be done?
Copeland Homes aims to complete repairs within the following times:
Emergency Repairs - Within 24 hours
An emergency repair is any repair that is an immediate danger to your safety, security or health, or which may lead to serious damage to the property. Examples of emergency repairs are water coming through the ceiling, loss of heating and loss of electric power.
Urgent Repairs - Within 5 working days of an order being issued
An urgent repair is when you cannot use something because it is broken or if the repair affects the structure, fittings, fixtures or services to the building. Examples of urgent repairs are a blocked sink or a minor roof leak.
Routine Repairs - Within 20 working days of an order being issued
A routine repair is a repair that can wait without causing you serious inconvenience and which the workmen can plan to do in their current work plans. Examples of routine repairs are joinery repairs, plaster repairs, works to the outside of the building. Copeland Homes aims for a high percentage of repairs successfully completed on time.
