Copeland Homes has 5 Tenant Board Members, who play an active part in the decision making process. Copeland Homes also involve tenants and residents in decision making through the Residents Forum and Mystery Shoppers and focus groups. Community Investment

Copeland Homes has a £1.25M Community Fund to support local community projects over the next ten years.

At the time of transfer tenants told us that the priorities for this fund should be

  • Provision of activities for youths and children
  • Crime prevention measures

We will use the fund to help fund projects focusing on young people, safer communities, the environment and community prosperity. If you have a local project that would benefit from our help please contact us through the internet or by phone Copeland Homes has dedicated Community Development Staff who co-ordinate community events and provide support to meet the wider community needs.
