As customers ourselves, we know how important our views are to Home and how those views can shape and influence the future. We know this is happening – look how we are shaping the future Home with Transformation.

This Customer Satisfaction Survey is just one way you can help and we hope you will take the time to fill it in.

Why?

Home really wants to be an excellent organisation so it needs you to complete the survey and tell them what you think about its homes, neighbourhoods and services.

What?

Please take the time to read each question carefully and put a tick in the box that matches how you feel. Home can’t continue on its ‘Transformation’ journey without your help so please be honest.  Some questions may seem intrusive but they are there so that Home really can get things right.

Home also has a second major piece of work they need your help with – it called the Customer questionnaire and your responses will be used to shape high quality services that meet all your needs. We hope you will find the time to fill it in.
