Home last held a national customer satisfaction survey in April 2007, using an independent company called BMG Research.
Once again we will shortly be asking for your help in letting us know about what you think about our homes and services around the country. The new questionnaire (called STATUS) helps us to compare how we are doing following your feedback from the last survey, as well as letting us see how we are performing against other housing providers around the country.
Almost 5,000 customers completed the survey and their comments and opinions led to many changes to the way we work, including Transformation, which you’ll have read about in the last customer magazine.
