Making a complaint 

We want to provide good-quality services for everyone. But things can go wrong and if they do, we need to know so we can put them right and learn from them. We take complaints very seriously, if you do make a complaint, we guarantee that we won’t treat you less favourably in the future.

If you want to report a repair or make a complaint about a noisy neighbour, you should contact your area office, depot, leasehold team or housing officer as usual.
