Home Prime delivers a range of quality services for older people of all ages. With a choice of retirement housing and a variety of services from support at home to residential care, we can help older people remain independent by meeting their individual needs.

As changes have occurred in living standards life expectancy has increased. To keep up with these changes we are constantly changing how we provide our services to meet the needs of our customers, striving towards our aim of ‘Delivering Quality Services for Older People.’

We design, build and manage specialist schemes for older people, making sure the schemes are planned around them and making their experience a positive one.

We currently operate 54 Home Prime schemes, home to around 1800 older people, providing services with our partners, local authorities, heath authorities, social services, older people and specialist voluntary organisations.
