We urgently require properties for high yielding long-term leases throughout England and Wales. Our immediate focus is to find 2-4 bedroom houses and flats with their own individual street level entrances.
By partnering with Stonham we will:
- Offer a secure tenancy until June 2015, with a possible extension
- Pay above market rents
- Return the property to you in the same condition as it was handed to us (less fair wear and tear).
We deliver care & support through Stonham, England’s largest provider of housing and support for vulnerable and socially excluded people. We provide a diverse range of services to a large number of client groups, including young people leaving care or who are homeless, men and women who have been in the criminal justice system, older people, vulnerable women and their children – many of them fleeing domestic violence, people with mental health problems, learning difficulties or physical difficulties, refugees and asylum seekers.
