measuring client involvement
We measure how clients and colleagues change the way we work at Stonham. This forms our client involvement impact assessment for the last twelve months.
Evaluating these activities gives us a great chance to check the level of impact our work has had on clients and services.
The report is used to make sure we provide real opportunities for all our clients to shape the way services are developed and delivered in the future.
