Executive team 

The Executive team is appointed by the Home Board and is the management team for Home as a whole. It is responsible for driving forward Home's business and engaging in strategic issues. It makes recommendations to the Home board in those areas the board reserves to itself and individual executive directors have specific functional roles and accountability.

Peter Stott BA, MBA

Acting Chief Executive - Appointed 24 January 2008/Executive Director of Strategy - Appointed 1 March 2005.

Previously Managing Director, Home Housing. He has over 20 years previous experience in a variety of London housing associations.

Steve Moorhouse LLB

Executive Director of Legal Services - Appointed January 2001.

He joined Home in 1997 having previously worked as a solicitor in private practice specialising in housing associations

Alan Park BA (Hons) CA

Executive Director Finance & Resources - Appointed 2001.

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 with Ernst & Young and has since had experience in the private and public sectors with ICI, Pubmaster, NHS and West of Scotland Water. Previously working locations have primarily been in the Teesside and Glasgow areas.

Steve Pearson BA, FCIH

Executive Director of New Business - Appointed April 2006.

Previously Managing Director Home Housing (Midlands & Yorkshire). He has over 20 years experience in housing, in a variety of development and housing management roles.

Jim Rafferty BA, FCIH

Acting Executive Director Housing Operations - Appointed June 2008.

Previously Managing Director of Home North East from March 2005, and Director of Operations North from 2001, Jim has worked for Home in a variety of senior management posts for many years.

Paul Rydquist

Acting Executive Director Stonham - Appointed January 2008.

Previously worked at and led Threshold Housing (a general needs and supported housing provider based in London and the South East) for 30 years, and also worked as an independent housing consultant.  He has extensive experience of partnership working and has held positions on the governing bodies of a number of non-profit organisations.

Sheila Tolley MA (Econ)

Executive Director of Transformation - Appointed in March 2008.

Has 21 years housing and regeneration experience covering City Challenge, Single Regeneration Budget and most recently as Director Strategy & Policy of the Elevate Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder. Formerly Housing Corporation Assistant Director of Inspection.
