Housing Operations: There are four geographically based businesses (North East, North West, South and Central) in England, managing and developing affordable housing for rent, shared ownership and sale. Home Scotland provides the same range of services north of the border. LiveSmart@Home is the commercial arm of Home, providing affordable mid-market rented and owner occupied housing, including the exciting BoKlok concept.
Stonham: There are three geographically based business units (North, East and West) in England, providing housing and support for over 20,000 vulnerable or socially excluded people every year.
Both Housing Operations and Stonham are supported by Centre, which is the Newcastle-based headquarters of Home. A range of services and functions covering the whole organisation are based here.
