Home North East, Home North West, Home Central, Home South and Home Scotland fulfill the role of providing affordable homes and communities where people want to live. Their services include housing management and maintenance, developing housing for rent and sale, regeneration, community development and neighbourhood management.
- Copeland Homes is part of Home North West and was formed upon the transfer to Home of the housing stock of Copeland Borough Council. Copeland Homes manages, maintains and delivers Home’s investment in these former local authority homes.
- Nashayman is Home’s specialist provider of housing and related services to minority ethnic communities, operating primarily as part of Home Central and fulfilling a wider specialist role for the organisation.
- Live Smart @ Home is Home’s specialist provider of mid-market rented and owner occupied accommodation. Live Smart @ Home also offers homes for rent and for sale under the name BoKlok, in conjunction with IKEA.
Within Stonham....
- The focus is upon promoting independence in safe and inclusive communities for people in need.
- Services are provided to a range of client groups, including young people leaving care or who are homeless, older people, vulnerable women and their children (many of them fleeing domestic violence), people with mental health problems, learning difficulties or physical difficulties, men and women who have been in the criminal justice system, refugees and asylum seekers.
- A range of care and support services are provided including training initiatives and ‘floating’ support.
- Care & Support services are funded from a variety of sources, including supporting people contracts with local authorities and contracts with Health, Social Services and the Home Office.
