Choice Based Lettings allows landlords to advertise the majority of their available properties. Applicants are then asked to express an interest in the properties they would like to live in. This is known as 'bidding'.

The lettings policy is used to prioritise customers and decide who receives the offer of a property, based on the housing needs of those applicants who express an interest.

By completing this questionnaire you will help us develop the Cumbria-wide scheme to meet the requirements of local people.
